If seeing is believing...then I'm a believer!

So, I am back from my adventure at the sea with my class. Sorry for not writing in a few days but I was away from civilization (Wi-Fi) but now I am back and ready to share with all of you my many adventures at the sea!

For the past two days I have been living it up at camp in a small town called Bosnek with 27 energetic and curious 11 to 12 year olds. My class and another grade 5 class traveled to learn more about the indigenousness people of the Eastern Cape. We visited some historical places in South Africa like Nongqause's grave, the cross of Bartholomew Diaz, and some cannons that were used during the Napoleon Wars. We spent a lot of time on the beach learning about these characters and playing in the Indian Ocean :-). We also hiked for miles and miles to see the cross of Bartholomew Diaz on top of this cliff overlooking the beautiful ocean. All of these things were simply wonderful, but the most impressive and beautiful thing of all was seeing the magnificent wonders of God's creations!
God is so amazing he created the most beautiful things for me to see and experience on my trip. I was blown away by the beautiful hills and countryside of South Africa that many people rarely venture out to see. I could barely breath looking out at the powerful and massive ocean waves crashing against the rocks. Even the sand was beautiful! As I walked the beach admiring the gorgeous untouched sand and the sand dunes I stood in awe of God's power. The only thing that makes me wonder about is if God is blessing me with all of this beauty so early on in my adventure in South Africa then I wonder what else is in store for me the next couple of weeks!
God smiled on me this week and allowed me to see some of His most beautiful creations! (Check out pictures from this trip on my facebook page!)
